Meet Jay & Ally.

Jay, Ally & their dog — home in Locust Valley
We're Jay and Ally — a married couple living right here in Locust Valley. Northwatch Homes grew out of something simple: we travel, our neighbors travel, and an empty home on the Gold Coast shouldn't be a source of worry.
An empty home is a liability. A frozen pipe, a slow leak, packages piling on the porch, plants gone, storm damage nobody catches until it's expensive. Beautiful homes here sit unattended for weeks each year — summers out east, winters in Florida, business trips, holidays. We saw it on our own block and decided to do something about it.
Why do this here, now? Because this is our community. We're married, we live in Locust Valley, and we're looking forward to building our family here. When you hand us a key, you're handing it to neighbors — a couple putting down roots in your town, not a faceless franchise. We built Northwatch Homes to be the kind of business we'd want on our own block: honest, attentive, and there when it matters.
"Your home, looked after like it's ours — by the people who actually live down the road."
Jay
Owner / OperatorEntrepreneur • Tech Founder • Real Estate Wealth Management
Jay's journey started in technology — building platforms that connected people and optimized workflows — before transitioning into real estate, where he founded Confident Estates, a private wealth network that sources and secures off-market investment assets. That same data-driven, relationship-first mindset is what he brings to Northwatch Homes: he understands what makes a home tick, and exactly what can go wrong when one is left empty. He catches small problems before they become expensive ones.
Ally
Owner / OperatorTherapist, Consultant & Coach • Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Ally is a licensed clinical social worker who works closely with children, teens, and families, with a focus on building stronger, more connected relationships from the inside out. Her clinical work is rooted in warmth, honesty, and the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling safe enough to be real. Through Connection Chronicles she expanded her practice to support caregivers with guided spaces to pause, reflect, and feel less alone. That same instinct — helping people feel safe — is the heart of how Northwatch Homes treats your home.
