We provide scheduled visual inspections of both the interior and exterior of your home, delivering detailed photo reports after every visit so you always know your property is secure, even when you are miles away.

Northwatch Homes is operated by Confident Estates LLC, a New York limited liability company based in Locust Valley. The company was founded by Jay and Ally, longtime North Shore residents who saw firsthand how difficult it is for traveling homeowners to find a dependable, detail-oriented person to watch over their most valuable asset. Rather than rely on a national franchise, they built a locally rooted service that treats every home as if it were their own — with meticulous checklists, timestamped photo documentation, and a personal commitment to the communities they live in and serve.

Every visit follows a comprehensive interior and exterior checklist. After each walk-through, you receive a clear, timestamped photo report showing the condition of your property. If we spot anything unusual, we contact you immediately and can coordinate with trusted local vendors — plumbers, electricians, landscapers, and alarm companies — on your behalf. For storms, we offer same-day prep and post-storm checks, securing outdoor items, testing sump pumps, and documenting any damage for your insurance records.

We are not a licensed home inspection firm, a security monitoring company, or an alarm provider. We visit on a schedule and report what we see, but we cannot guarantee every issue will be caught between visits. We encourage every client to maintain their own homeowners insurance and view our service as a valuable layer of vigilance — not a replacement for it.
